There has been another bomb attack in Surabaya

There has been another bomb attack in Surabaya, the  second-largest city in Indonesia.

A family riding on two motorbikes carried out the bombing this morning at a police headquarters, injuring four officers and six civilians.

It follows three attacks carried out by another family on churches in the city yesterday.

Nnamdi Kanu's fundamental Rights Suit filed against the federal government of Nigeria at ECOWAS Community court of Justice, came up this morning for hearing. Despite due service of the Hearing Notice on the office of the Attorney General of the Federation  against the hearing slated for today, he was no where to be found close to the court today. A supposed Senior State Counsel who announced appearance for the office of the Attorney General, later informed the court that he did not have the mandate of the Solicitor General of the Federation to proceed with the hearing, and consequently asked for a stand down to  to 1pm to enable the Solicitor General conclude an unknown Case he was handling at the Supreme Court. Samsung hopes to refurbish the 2.5 million Galaxy Note 7 devices that it recalled after a battery fault led to some catching fire. If local authorities and carriers agreed, and there was demand, it may then resell the phones, Samsung said. It also unveiled two other proposals for recycling the devices, including detaching the components and retrieving the hardware's precious metals. Samsung had faced pressure from environmental campaigner Greenpeace. The organisation had lobbied the technology giant over its plans for the devices, launching a petition and staging global protests including at the Mobile World Congress event.
